Hi there! My name is Ali Yazdizadeh Kharrazi, and I am a biotechnology graduate and a ML Engineer with a keen interest in computational biology, machine learning, and music! I have a diverse background in research, with several publications in leading journals, spanning topics from genomics to optimization and synthetic biology.

- University of Lausanne (UNIL): Worked on improving gene tree rooting algorithms in the FastGetHOG project (2022).
- EPFL: Developed machine learning models for vaccine side effect prediction (2021).
- Max Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology: Designed a Bayesian Optimization tool for protein production (2020).
